Situate on the inside of the Extensor communis digitorum. It arises from the external condyle of the os humeri and the aponeurotic septa seated between it, the extensor communis digitorum, and the extensor carpi ulnaris; and is inserted into the last two phalanges of the little finger. Its use is to extend the little finger, and even the hand upon the forearm.
