Goutiere sagittale, is a channel on the median line of the inner surface of the skull-cap. It is excavated in the os frontis, in the two parietal and occipital bones, and extends from the crista galli to the internal occipital protuberance. It lodges the longitudinal sinus, which has been called the sagittal sinus.
