A Welsh poet; born at Maes y Mynach, Llanvihangel-ystrad, 1792; committed suicide, March 28, 1846. He was well educated and talentea, but led a disorderly life; his "Collected Works" (Gwinllan y Bardd; sef prydyddwaith ar amrywiol destunau a gwahanol fesurau: 1831) evincing great but erratic powers.
