An American clergyman and author; born in Allegheny, Pa., Dec. 20, 1861. He was ordained to the Episcopal ministry in 1890, and was chaplain of the 1st Pavol. infantry during the Spanish-American War. Among his published works are: "For Love of Country" (1898); \" (The Grip of Honor" (1899); "Commodore Paul Jones" (1900); "An Apostle of the Plains"; "The Blue Ocean's Daughter".
