Muscular feebleness. M. gravis pseudoparalytica (Pseudoparalytic m.), an affection unassociated with gross changes in the central nervous system, and frequently fatal, in which the muscles, especially those supplied by the bulbar nuclei, without becoming altered structurally, give out quickly and grow progressively weaker until they finally become incapable of acting at all.

- An inorganic water-soluble platinum complex. After undergoing hydrolysis, it reacts DNA produce both intra interstrand crosslinks. These crosslinks appear to impair replication and transcription of DNA. The cytotoxicity cisplatin correlates with cellular arrest in G2 phase cell cycle.
