Epithelioid Leiomyoma

  • A relatively rare smooth muscle tumor found most frequently in the wall gastrointestinal tract, especially stomach. It similar to other tumors but may become very large and hemorrhage exhibit small cystic areas. Simple excision is almost always curative.
