A Hungarian prose-writer, wife of Franz Aurel; born at Vienna, 1815. She accompanied her husband on Kossuth's American tour; see his name for their joint work. She wrote independently: "Memoirs of a Hungarian Lady" (2 vols., 1850); "Tales and Traditions of Hungary" (2 vols., 1851).
