Spinous Process of the Sphenoid ;-1. A projecting crista at the inferior surface of the sphenoid-bone, for articulation with the vomer. 2. A triangular process, Apophyse sons-temporale (Ch.), met with near the posterior margin of the same bone, behind the foramen spinale. At the point of the spinous process, a styloid process is frequently met with.
