Springs in Bohemia, near Prague, which are simple salines. They contain sulphate and carbonate of magnesia, chiefly chloride of magnesium, sulphates of potassa, soda, and lime, carbonic acid and carbonate of lime. They are employed as purgatives in a multitude of diseases.
