Discharge of purulent urine: a symptom which occurs in many diseases; particularly in cases of renal calculi, and in organic affections of the bladder. It receives various epithets, according to the part whence the pus proceeds: - as Pyuria urethralis, P. renalis, and P. vesicalis.
