Lat Aforesaid. Hob. 6. Of the three words, "idem," "prxdictus," and "prwfatu.s," "idem" was most usually applied to plaintiffs or demandants; "pra'dictus," to defendants or tenants, places, towns, or lands; and "pricfatus," to persons named, not being actors or parties. Townsh. I'l. 15. These words may all be rendered iu English by "said" or "aforesaid."
