An indolent papulonecrotic lesion, occurring especially on the extremities, the hands, feet, forearms, and legs, but the face may also be attacked. For the most part the lesions pursue a more acute course than in acnitis, but they are indolent, inflammatory papules, and the disease as a whole lasts for years.
