[Greek] Inflammation of the ciliary body. It is usually associated with iritis (see Irido-cyclitis). Simple c., a chronic affection characterized by deposits upon the posterior wall of the cornea and into the vitreous, without marked external signs of inflammation or alteration in the iris or pupil.
