Crico-arytenoideus lateralis, Crico-latero-arytenoidien. A muscle which proceeds from the lateral part of the superior edge of the crinoid cartilage to the outer and anterior part of the base of the arytenoid cartillage. It carries the arytenoid cartilage outward and forward.
