[Greek] The discharge of albumose in the urine. Due to absorption of albumoses from the intestine (in intestinal cancer and ulcer), to absorption of pus (in abscesses and empyema), to pneumonia and sometimes to renal disease, and occurs in osteomalacia, disease of bone marrow, and myxoedema.
