Boletus seu Fungus Salicis, Boletus discoideus seu suaveolens, Fungus albus saliguena, (F.) Agaric odorant, Bolet odorant. Ord. Fungi. A champignon, which grows on the trunks of old willows. It has a smell of anise, which is penetrating and agreeable; and has been recommended in phthisis pulmonalis in the dose of scruple four time a day.
