Two Latin words, signifying the comb of a cock. (F.) Crete de lethmoide, C. de Coq. A flat, triangular process, rising above; be cribriform plate of the ethmoid bone, and resembling a cocks comb. It gives attachment to the anterior part of the falx cerebri.
