The artery, which extends from the axilla to the bend of the elbow; where it divides into A. cubitalis and A. radialis. It passes along the internal edge of the biceps, behind the median nerve and between the accompanying veins. Under the name Brachial Artery, Chaussier includes the subclavian, axillary, and humeral, the last being the brachial proper.
